Dicas para manter os seios com o melhor aspecto possível antes e depois de amamentar:

- A dica mais importante: O uso do sutiã é essencial! Inclusive para dormir;

- Preparar as mamas no pré-natal para o crescimento das mamas com cremes hidrantes a partir do 6º mês, evitando estrias;

- Mantenha intervalos regulares em cada mama, ou seja, o tempo de amamentação em cada seio deve ser igual. Assim evita-se que as mamas fiquem assimétricas após o período de amamentação;

- Os cuidados com a alimentação são essenciais! Consuma alimentos ricos em proteínas, frutas e verduras;

- Beba muito líquido;

- Mantenha a postura correta, sempre;

- Evite deixar os seios úmidos;

- Para evitar rachaduras nos mamilos: Tente expor os seios ao sol por 20 minutos, não use sabonete para higiene, apenas água e para hidratação, o próprio leite.
